ECONOMIC-ADMINISTRATIVE SECTOR

The design activity includes technical and economic documentation disposal, in accordance with the domestic and foreign regulations (D.Lgs. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii. with D.P.R. 207/2010 and ss.mm.ii. in Italy).

3ING has developed a specific sector, integrating and completing the engineering strictly activities, finalized to produce project accounting and to develope any economic and administrative documentation, in accordance with administrative and technical regulations and in compliance with contractual obligations between Construction Companies and Clients.

DESIGN PHASE

The administrative technical sector activity concerns in:

  • defining and compiling of Unit Prices List, Quantity Surveying and Pricing Analysis;

  • elaborating the Global Economic Cost supporting the Client in order to have an informative framework of the total sum to be provided in addition to the specific amounts for the execution of the works;

  • redaction of Procurement Contract Schemes and Specifications Contracts: these are the most important design documents as they regulates in detail the relationship between Customer and Contractor, defining the economic terms of works, timing, payments, subcontracting rules, penalties, etc. . ;

  • Supply Regulations: as an alternative to the Specifications Contract, the Supply Regulations describes in detail the economic and technical characteristics necessary for the construction works;

  • Labor Incidence Scheme: this document indicates the labor incidence and defines the percentage incidence of manpower for the different work categories;

  • Drafting of the Maintenance Plan: a document that includes, schedules and plans the maintenance system of the intervention in order to maintain its functionality, quality characteristics, efficiency and economic value over time.

 

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Accounting and administrative skills are also crucial during the realization of the work and, in particular, in support of the Works Supervision.

  • Feasibility Analysis and Drafting of Variations in Progress and Related Accounts (New Prices and Comparison Frameworks);

  • Workshop Journal: It is the accounting document monitoring, step by step, the technical and economic progress of a work;

  •  

  • Accounting Record and Measures Booklets: accounting documents that summarize and groupe the entire bookkeeping of the work, through which the work's progress is constantly monitored;
